There are three major steps for the generation of FAE bispecific antibody. Firstly, two IgG antibodies are separately expressed in mammalian cell lines. Meanwhile, a single residue mutation is introduced into the third constant (CH3) domain of each antibody. Then these antibodies are purified through standard protein recovery and purification procedures. Finally, bispecific antibody is produced by recombining of these two antibodies. Our FAE bispecific antibody has first-class quality with high yield (typically >95%) which can fully meet your demands.
