Well, many of us may have been here before, the highs and lows of business. I have been working in IT for over 20 years and in this time I have seen more projects miss deadlines than hit them, no surprise I hear you say. But, that’s the issue, it should be a surprise, it is all to easy to take it for granted that projects will be late and over budget.
