Is Your Project Going Awry?

If your project is going awry, don’t blame the unrealistic schedule the project has as management’s fault and that management and the project’s customer are the cause of scope creep, changing requirements, limited resources, and overruns in cost.

Looking for a Project Management position

I recently gained a CAPM from PMI and am now looking to get back into the PM field. I performed as an assistant project manager a few years ago, but branched out into other work. Now, I want to get back into PM and I am on the hunt.

Are we over processing Agile?

Is it me or have there been a myriad of discussions from individuals implying that maybe Agile requires more documentation, more structure!?

Why do most companies try to invent the wheel?
