I joined this group to find out more about agile and how much different it is to typical PM. Aside from 15 min updates and 3-4 week sprints, what makes it different than managing any other project effectively?

Has anyone ever issued SCRUM with an IT Network/Infrastructure initiative???

I'm surprised that there are so few members of this group. Now that there is a PMI-Agile initiative, I expect that we'll see more activity.
