I might also add "If it wasn't for people, we would not have a a PM job and projects to manage!" I am actually sure that this topic has been discussed at great lengths......

Hello Group. I just joined and wanted introduce myself. I'm Steve. A project manager for commercial telecom & electrical service and installation for 12 years. I've managed 1 to 132 direct reports. I'm interested in both networking and learning from my peers. Just finished reading the book Trust Agents which inspired me to spread my online social wings.
