I work for a busy tech B2B agency and trying to organize weekly traffic meetings has been a challenge for me from day one. It's a known fact- nobody wants to attend traffic meetings!
Are traffic meetings with the whole group still the norm in modern agencies? I am one PM meeting with (actually ATTEMPTING to meet with) all the account leads to go over their projects in one meeting. We use Central Desktop to help manage projects...is it really necessary to drag everyone into a room at once? One agency blog I visited said if PM software is used to its optimum ability, you can make formal traffic meetings a thing of the past. I don't know if the rest of the agency will buy into that! What about 1:1 meetings with the account leads as an alternate solution?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
