Is Six Sigma Green Belt Certification a valuable add-on to a PMP certification? Which Six Sigma on-line program would you recommend from personal experience...and which one you wouldn't?

Personally I think Scrum Training would be a valuable add on. There is lots of buzz about projects using agile methods/concepts for project execution. If you are looking to move up to a Program Manager role, then APMG's Managing Success Programme is a good course as well.

I work for Firebrand Training and we do provide accelerated courses in Six Sigma Green Belt, MSP, Scrum Training throughout UK, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Let us know if that is of interest to you.
I'd see if you can get a black belt cert. If you've done process reengineering for a project, you may qualify.

See asq.org for your local chapter. Mine holds evening classes that are good and priced right.

And it's a great follow on to your pmp.
